Properly maintained system keeps unwanted odours from entering surrounding living spaces. It also improve air flow which will ensure excess moisture is exhausted eliminating any mold / mildew problems before they occur.
Scope of Work
Our NADCA certified technicians arrive with our fully-equipped trailer. They then set up our HEPA vacuums and begin cleaning the grills in the bathrooms. We will then scrape, wire brush and HEPA vacuum all exhaust grill boxes eliminating all dust and water buildup in the fans and boxes. We will then isolate and mount our high volume HEPA collector to all sections of the duct work. We will then power brush and air whip all dirt and debris from the exhaust lines into the HEPA collector.
After the work is completed we will provide a final area cleaning the workplace and remove all of our equipment.
